First of all, most of the fastener manufacturers are lack of independent R & D cooperation, lack of independent product innovation effect, and lack of independent product innovation ability of foreign manufacturers.
Secondly, automotive fasteners lag behind the development of the automotive industry, resulting in the R & D and production of fasteners completely dependent on the R & D capacity and upgrading of the main engine plant, while some private enterprises in the whole automobile production supply chain are in a subtle marginal region.
Thirdly, the equipment and testing level is backward. With the development of the industry, fasteners put forward higher requirements for equipment and testing. In addition to a few joint ventures which have relatively strong capabilities, most of them are obviously lacking. For some automobile fastener manufacturers, a lot of special processing equipment are needed, and a large number of relevant detection equipment are needed to lay a solid commodity value foundation for automobile fastener manufacturers.
